Cancellation Policy

A missed appointment is a loss to everyone. Please contact the clinic as soon as possible if you cannot attend an appointment.

If less than 24 hours’ notice is given to cancelling an appointment or you do not attend for a pre booked appointment you may still be changed for the time allocated.
